Recipe Corner: Kladkaka


Hejsan! Greetings from Sweden (well, I am not actually in Sweden, but you get the point). Today I will share with you the recipe for the oh-so-chocolaty and bestest cake. It is, hyou ave guessed right, from Sweden. So here we go.

What you need

3/4 cup (150g) melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1dl) cacao
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup (2dl) flour

Here’s how to

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the butter and add all ingredients. Make sure that the flour comes last. Butter the baking form and pour in the mixture. Bake at a lower level in the oven for 10-20 minutes (depending on the desired stickiness of the cake – muddy is best!). Eat as it is or serve with whipped or ice cream. Smaklig måltid!

Hejsan! Grüße aus Schweden (naja nicht direkt aus Schweden… ihr wisst, was ich meine). Heute führe ich euch in ein superleckeres Rezept das super schokoladigen und überhaupt bestesten Kuchens ein. Los geht’s!

Das braucht ihr

3/4 Tasse (150g) Butter
1/2 Tasse Zucker
1/2 Tasse (10 ml) Kakao
2 TL Vanillezucker
2 Eier
1 Tasse (20 ml) Mehl

So geht’s

Ofen auf 200 Grad Celsius vorheizen. Butter schmelzen und alle Zutaten untermischen. Das Mehl kommt zum Schluss. Die Backform buttern und mit dem Teig befüllen. Auf der unteren Schiene im Ofen für 10-20 Minuten backen, je nach gewünschter Klebrigkeit (je klebriger desto besser). Ohne alles oder mit Schlagsahne oder Eis servieren. Smaklig måltid!
